To Protect and Strengthen
Underline concepts you need to understand and key words to find quickly, so that you can reread only the key thoughts. You can perform these in any straight backed position.
Taking on the garments of light.
Instruct
You are instructing your body, mind, soul and “the spirit”, with the force of will, spiritual intent and spiritual authority. The spirit means that God, The Power of Light, Divine Mind, (use what ever term resonates with your personal belief system) is now in charge.
Centering
This is literally pulling yourself together.
Instruct
“I see the Alpha-Omaga line that runs through my spinal cord. I reaffirm its powerful unbreakable connection to the core of the earth and the heart of creation, the mind of God, the center of all that is. I gather myself together. All of my energy bodies now align perfectly, facing the same direction one inside another like a hand in a glove. I retrieve all parts of myself. I had lost, given away, not valued or forgotten. I lovingly call them home and embrace them as perfect creation of a loving God. I feel unified. I feel the presence of a loving God within me as powerful life force. I draw all things good to me and I am drawn to all things good.
”Always begin by instructing your soul by saying strongly, “I will now”..., as though you were pulling all the force of your being in to your physical body. I’ll write this as I would speak it. If you have sage, smudge your body and the room.
Some clearing scents you may use as incense or to anoint the chakras in order to protect and initiate healing of the energy bodies are: Sage, Sandalwood, Rosemary, Cedar, Eucalyptus or Olive oil. You may anoint your ear lobes to help you hear the truth and receive guidance from spirit.
Another drop of oil may be applied to the wrists so you don’t absorb negative energy from things you touch. The center of the palms, the tips of your fingers to give and receive only good.
The hollow of the soles of the feet and the tips of your toes to guide your steps.
Lighting a white candle with a spiritual intent will draw the light, protect and sanctify your process and the environment.
The White light
Instruct
See yourself cocooned in a well defined radiant white egg shape light, not less then one foot from your physical body at its nearest point. The narrow end of the egg is one foot below your feet.
“I am surrounded and permeated with the light and love of “The Divine”. My eyes are bathed and washed clean. My soul is made clean. I see only truth and I am unafraid. Darkness can not exist where light resides. The light is within me. It lights my path. I am at Peace and filled with Joy.”

Blue flame Armor Shield
Instruct
“I now invoke The Blue Flame Armor Shield of the Christ Michael”, (Or if you prefer, “the Arch Angel Michael”)
See yourself completely covered and permeated with blue flaming armor. See the blue flame sword of Michael, with it’s sacred writing, suspended in front of you, it’s point up.

Mirror Shielding
The purpose of mirror shielding is to deflect dark force energy and reflect it back to it’s source, so that it cannot attach itself to you or penetrate your energy field. Never direct dark energy to a specific person or place or it will return to you multiplied!
Instruct
“I see all my body surfaces and openings shinning silver and mirror reflective. Only thoughts and emotion which reflect love and truth can touch my mind, heart and soul for they are filled with Gods loving peace.”
