Relax your gaze.
Allow yourself to see.
Have no expectations of:
What you will see
How it will look
How you will see it
You have most likely become aware of a light around the head of a speaker or teacher. That is called a nimbus.
Everyone sees energies at all times.
The brain is what sees and it discriminates as to what information it acknowledges. So you must allow yourself to see. You can say," I now give myself permission to see the energies that I formerly disregarded as irrelevant" or "I now instruct my brain to register in detail ....".
I have sat in an Aura class of 30 people. The teacher, Katreena Kremer, sat in a chair, elbows on the arms of the chair with her eyes closed she rubbed her forehead. Her head was pointed downward and her arm was outstretched upward in the opposite direction. Making small circles with her hand she said, "How many people see the color blue over here?" She didn't bother to open her eyes because the question was for us. She went on, "How many of you see an Ankh over in this area. It may have been a cross or some other symbol.
With each question a group of 3 or 4 different combination of individuals scattered about the room, would raised their hands. She was not looking at any person. She was seeing the energy that had accumulated in the area and energies passing through.
When I'm doing a reading or absent healing, I see the images in my head like a movie. Most of the time I tune it out.
When I scan a person for health I see mostly clear shades of gray accumulation of darkness, red, brown or black in the areas where blocked energy has allowed illness to develop. It's like a mucky puddle of standing water.
If I'm with the person, I see it in or around them. Then I feel how far out the energy is, how fast it's moving and if it's smooth or prickly and so on.
More later. Practice. That means Relax and Allow.
